I have used the original copper heeler inner soles for five years now knowing that I would have to replace them after about three years. They are the best as otherwise I would have had to have a hip replacement by now. I am getting replacements hoping that I can delay the hip replacement for longer still. I suffer from osteoarthritis in all my joints and the inner soles have been amazing.
